FRIDAY FUNCTIONAL HIIT
A 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training class with Matt or Dave Weston inspired by our members who have shown such a desire and passion for a multitude of ways of training adding even more space and colour to the gym floor. By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, interval training helps you give maximum intensity while still maintaining your exercise form. The magic of high intensity interval training is that it keeps your body burning fat even after you leave the gym.
